Shipping

Every shirt is printed when you order it, then posted.

UK and EU: usually 5–10 working days from your order. Everywhere else usually takes longer. You'll get an email with a tracking link when your shirt is on its way, showing the expected delivery date.

Shipping outside the UK and EU is what our printer charges us, with nothing added. Some countries charge import duty or taxes on arrival. We can't currently ship to Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea or Ecuador.

Changed your mind?

You have 14 days from the day your shirt arrives to tell us you want to return it. Email hello@gerbertcheddar.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address.

• Then post it back within 14 days of telling us.
• It needs to be unworn and unwashed.
• Return postage is paid by you.
• We refund the shirt, and the standard shipping you paid, within 14 days of getting it back.

Something wrong with it?

If your shirt arrives misprinted, damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, we'll replace it for free, or refund you if you prefer. Email hello@gerbertcheddar.com with your order number and a photo. It's quickest if you tell us within 30 days of delivery, but this doesn't affect your legal rights.

Parcel not arrived?

If it's been more than 30 days since your dispatch email, email us and we'll sort out a replacement.
